ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS: COMPLETION OF SUFFICIENT EDUCATION OR TRAINING TO READ, WRITE, AND FOLLOW VERBAL INSTRUCTIONS. MUST MEET THE DISTRICT VEHICLE LIABILITY POLICY REQUIREMENTS AND MAINTAIN A VALID TEXAS DRIVER'S LICENSE.
