Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of AEC industry experience and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience. Skillset to include managing end to end design and construction of commercial projects in the Denver metro area. Experience to include project management, MEP, and Building Systems experience. Responsible for managing end to end design and construction projects. Typical projects range in size from $1M to $30M.

Common Job Responsibilities

Project Manager for commercial construction projects in the front range

Assignment of multiple projects at a time

Responsible for timely project completion and financial management of the project

Experience with subcontracts, job costing, change orders, staffing, schedules, and pay applications

Work closely with Project Engineers on RFIs and submittals

Work with Superintendent on schedules, subcontractor performance, quality control, coordination, safety, and inspections

Experience managing engineers and subconsultants when prime on a project

Skills

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc,), Bluebeam, and AutoCAD

Ability to communicate effectively with the team, both internal and external

Work collaboratively with others

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required (or years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree)

Minimum of 10 years of AEC industry experience

Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience

Must be authorized to work in the United States

The pay range for this position is expected to be within a range of $110,000 - $160,000 and is based upon multiple factors including level of experience, professional registrations and applicant knowledge, skills, and abilities.
