Now Hiring: Plumbers - Indianapolis, IN (Journeyman Assistance | Commercial Work)

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking dependable plumber helpers to assist journeyman plumbers on active commercial projects in Indianapolis, IN. Ideal candidates will have prior plumbing experience and a strong work ethic.

Scope of Work:

• Assisting journeyman plumbers with installation and repair tasks

• Supporting pipefitting, fixture setting, and material handling

• Using basic hand tools to support job site efficiency

• Performing general job site cleanup and prep duties

Requirements:

• Plumbing experience preferred (residential or commercial)

• Familiarity with tools and materials used in plumbing

• Ability to follow direction and work well as part of a team

• Full PPE required (hard hat, vest, gloves, safety glasses, boots)

• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
