Industrial Electrician Responsibilities Repair and maintain traditional mechanical systems such as cams, drives, belt and sheaves drive systems. Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance of electrical systems up to 480 volts. Monitor lines for preventative maintenance needs and create work orders. Create a plan to repair defects before failure occurs. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures on the line. Complete configuration of calibrations for electrical and pneumatic process equipment. Maintain records of equipment performance, necessary repairs, and downtime using SAP work requests. Engage in PLC troubleshooting. Essential Skills Experience with electrical systems, including high voltage electrical up to 480 volts. Knowledge of 3 Phase Motors. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting. Mechanical maintenance skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with PLC Ladder Logic. Experience with pneumatics. Why Work Here?
