Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate SAP implementation projects. This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering ERP projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
+ Manage up to three concurrent projects within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
+ Oversee project budgets ranging from $500K to $5M.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore and vendor resources.
+ Develop and maintain project plans using MS Project and/or Project Online/Server.
+ Establish and execute stakeholder communication plans.
+ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
+ Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and governance.
+ Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver project objectives.
+ Mentor junior project management staff as needed.
Required Qualifications
+ 5+ years of project management experience.
+ Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects, including WRICEF object planning.
+ Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (OTC, PTP, SCE, RTR preferred).
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
+ Experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g., Project Online/Server).
+ Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Experience managing vendor relationships and SOWs.
Preferred Qualifications
+ PMP Certification.
+ Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
