This is not an entry-level role we need someone who knows framing, decking, stair construction, and can follow plans independently with minimal supervision. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on deck building experience Ability to read drawings/plans Reliable transportation and basic tools Strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred: Experience with composite decking (Trex, TimberTech, etc.) Familiarity with code-compliant framing and railing installs Pay: Competitive based on experience and skill Work is steady, mostly outdoors, and varies between redecks, new builds, and custom features.
