Farm equipment operators! compensation: $$$ We are seeking a mechanically experienced individual to assist with the maintenance and light repair of Class 8 trucks and trailers. The role is part-time, with flexible hours available throughout the week, including weekday evenings and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). You will be working in a heated shop equipped with a pit, using all necessary tools and equipment provided onsite. We're looking for someone dependable and hands-on, who can work independently and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Duties Include: Basic maintenance and inspection of Class 8 highway trucks and trailers Light mechanical work and support with repairs as needed General shop organization and cleanliness Occasional parts runs or inventory checks Requirements: Strong working knowledge of Class 8 trucks and trailers Prior mechanical experience (formal training or on-the-job experience) Availability for a few hours during weekdays, evenings, and weekends Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop Reliability is a mustno-shows will not be tolerated What We Offer: $45/hour paid weekly Heated and well-equipped shop with pit access Tools and workspace providedjust bring your expertise Flexible part-time scheduling with consistent hours every week Low-pressure, productive work environment We are also looking for experienced and reliable farm equipment operators to join our team for ongoing seasonal and general farm work. This role involves operating modern, late-model agricultural equipment in the Hagersville area and assisting with tasks ranging from fieldwork to general labor. The ideal candidate has a background in farming, is mechanically inclined, and can operate a variety of equipment with confidence and care. This role offers both full-time and part-time options, depending on your availability and our seasonal needs.
