Location: Minneapolis, MN Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $26.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator - Construction Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid Work) Department: Talent Acquisition Employment Type: Contract Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help deliver a seamless and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams across the country. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews across departments and time zones. Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience. Maintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external platforms. Support recruiters with sourcing, screening, and candidate communications. Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding logistics. Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and external partners to streamline hiring processes. Participate in employer branding initiatives and career events. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse). High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience in construction, real estate, or professional services industries. Familiarity with diversity and inclusion hiring practices. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
