Pay Range: $73,686.34 to $110,529.64

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworkers gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Kwik Trip Inc. This individual will be responsible for leading co-workers and vendors to complete assigned retail capital expenditure projects at existing Kwik Trip stores. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: plan, design, permit, bid, and coordinate projects to ensure completion in a timely manner and within budget; establish work plans and coordinate with co-workers and vendors; organize store equipment repairs, installations, additions, and upgrades; work on other various projects as needed.

Qualifications: Minimum of Associates Degree in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or related field with 3 plus years of experience in project coordination. This person should have knowledge in project management, planning, design, and construction; knowledge of local government organizations, zoning, municipal planning, to ensure necessary permits are obtained; ability to speak and present at public meetings such as planning and city council meetings; ability to read and interpret site plans and surveys. Additional qualifications include: strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to collect, analyze, and interpret information into meaningful results; lead, teach, and persuade others through cooperation and teamwork; ability to provide co-workers with timely and professional job performance feedback; exercise sound judgment within company guidelines; follow and enforce company policies; meet department deadlines; ability to identify and complete tasks without direct supervision; maintain schedule to complete projects within time and budget; strong organizational skills; excellent customer service skills; working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office products; valid drivers license with an excellent driving record.

Must live or being willing to locate to the La Crosse, WI area.

Work schedule: 45 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday with some evening meetings and overnights. Flexibility in schedule.
