POSITION SUMMARY:
Maintain, repair and install electrical devices and systems to ensure safe reliable operation.
Full Time, Day Shift, Weekend Work Required
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Conducts inspections, testing and maintenance on electrical equipment and systems to ensure reliable operation
- Ability to use electronic meters, test equipment and scanners to conduct testing and troubleshooting
- Completes installations of outlets, circuits, and devices per local and national codes and standards to meet the needs of our customers
- Completes proper documentation of service activity to ensure compliance with accrediting agencies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree (AS) or Technical Trade School diploma with focus on electrical engineering
- 5 years of experience at Journeyman level
- Current Florida Electrical Journeyman license
- Working knowledge of NEC (NFPA 70), SBC and OSHA standards as they relate to electrical equipment installation and maintenance
- Effectively communicate with leadership and team members for the purpose of solving equipment or system related problems
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, drawings, diagrams and prints
Salary Range: Minimum 22.68/hour - Maximum 36.29/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
