Operations Supervisor - Fieldhouse

Rogers is accepting applications for a full-time Operations Supervisor for the Citys new Fieldhouse.

Primary duties include managing facility rentals, volunteers, and arranging for and maintaining good relationships with other agencies, organizations and the public. Provide services to meet the standards for all park and athletic facilities. Assist in operations of the Rogers Activity Center as a whole and specifically a high-quality artificial turf and community recreation facility. Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities about the maintenance, repair, remodeling, renovation, and operations of the facility and component systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire safety systems, elevators, interior treatments, building envelope, etc. to ensure continuity of operations.
