Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineering Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and delivery of our Modular Power System (MPS) products. This role requires strong technical expertise in power electronics, hardware debugging, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high-quality product outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with power electronic systems and hardware-level debugging
• Proficiency in reading and updating schematics and PCB layouts
• Familiarity with digital, analog, and power circuit design
• Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and quality control standards
• Experience using Epsilon3 or similar process/documentation tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
