A Project Engineer is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Mount Sterling, KY area. This job oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of capital projects by managing design, construction, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication across multiple projects.

responsibilities:
  • Drive the quoting process for multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Assist in developing pre-project approval documents such as project charter, project management plan, kick-off, estimates, and milestone schedules.

  • Conduct constructability reviews during the design phase.

  • Ensure design progress and deliverables align with established project components.

  • Attend progress meetings and prepare necessary reports.

  • Manage design teams, contractors, and external partners across multiple projects.

  • Direct and execute design processes, installation, construction, and commissioning of assigned projects.

  • Manage adherence to project milestones and scope.

  • Provide construction management and plant startup assistance to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or

  • Minimum 10 years of construction supervision experience, or

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environments.

  • Experience implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes in Food and/or Pharmaceutical industries is a plus.
