MacAllister Construction LLC is a distinguished, established General Contractor local to the Vail Valley and is actively seeking determined individuals to join our growing team. We are a tightly knit group of highly skilled construction managers that tackle and execute some of the Vail Valley’s most sought-after projects.

This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with the founding members of MacAllister Construction on high-end residential, multi-family, light commercial, and mixed use projects. We have multiple employment opportunities available including the following:

Superintendent, Project Manager, Assistant Super/PM, Foreman, and Project Coordinator/Engineer. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required for all potential Superintendent/Project Manager applicants, experience must be in that position.
