Shop Foreman

Shop Foreman needed for a trade show exhibit house.
You will oversee all aspects of production and refurbishment projects.
Position focuses on Leadership, Planning and exeuction of carpentry projects where deadlines cannot be missed.

Responsibilities

• Manage & lead production team toward successful completion of projects
• Plan & organize workflow through departments
• Attend project meetings & collaborate with project mgmt
• facilitate crew discipline in regards to company policies & procedures
• Communicate schedules, polices & announcements to team
• Participate in hiring process of new team members
• Coordinate procurement of shop suppplies & raw material inventory
• Oversee quality control ensuring company standards are met

• Proven ability to Supervise, mentor & lead a team
• Carpentry knowledge
• Strong computer & organizational skills
• hand & power tools
