The position of Contracts Manager is to independently manage contract functions in support of organizational goals for regional offices. This position is responsible for reviewing and ensuring that the processing of all contracts is done in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. This position requires an understanding of contracts and the ability to negotiate changes and amendments in contract terms and conditions. This position is an active participant as the primary point of contact for the Contracts group and projects, and includes the ability to resolve issues and problems between and with projects and vendors as they pertain to contractual issues. Possessing strong analytical and comprehension skills, being organized and paying strong attention to detail is a must. This position reports to and receives direction from the Procurement Director while coordinating with project management.

Project Manager Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor degree and 5+ years business experience

      • Broad understanding of Construction Industry

      • Demonstrates strong & effective negotiating skills

      • Excellent customer service and ability to interact effectively with all levels within the company and outside resource vendors. Excellent interpersonal skills

      • Responsive, detail oriented and organized individual

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • Proficient with technology platforms, including Adobe, SharePoint and MS Office

      • Ability to work independently on projects as well as part of a project team
