LEAD COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

An established, commercial general contractor is looking to add a Lead Superintendent to their team immediately. Are you a self-motivated construction professional looking for career advancement? Pay- $120k-180k DOE + Great Benefits!! ** Must have proven experience in healthcare, multifamily, or private equity-led construction. **

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Must have lead commercial construction experience on commercial projects

· Minimum of 4+ years of experience in the construction industry 2+years as a lead Sup

· Must have experience leading ground up, diverse commercial projects from inception to completion

· Ability to manage and run projects $15M+

· Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's

· Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

· Ability to identify and solve problems

· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
