Commercial Concrete Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Concrete Structures Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and at least 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial concrete structures projects.

Pay: $110k to 120k

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial concrete structures
• Proficiency in construction estimating software
• Strong understanding of concrete construction techniques and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple estimates under tight deadlines

Job Duties:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial concrete structures projects
• Review and analyze project specifications, plans, and contract documents
• Collaborate with the project management team to develop accurate and competitive bids
• Assess project value, construction methodologies, and identify potential risks
• Ensure all estimates are comprehensive, accurate, and align with project timelines and budgets
