Cable Installer Infrastructure Delivery

Our client, a leader in the IT Infrastructure Services industry, is seeking a Cable Installer Infrastructure Delivery 3 to join their team.** As a Cable Installer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Delivery department supporting the Field Operations and Technical Support teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective troubleshooting skills, and the ability to follow structured procedures, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Cable Installer Infrastructure Delivery 3

**Location:** New Albany, OH

**Pay Range:** $23.50/hr

**Whats the Job?**

+ Install, route, terminate, and test network/data cabling (e.g., Cat5e, Cat6)

+ Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person

+ Identify, research, and resolve hardware and connectivity issues

+ Accurately document installations, issues, and resolutions

+ Follow established processes and collaborate with supervisors and teammates

**Whats Needed?**

+ 03 years of experience in cable installation or technical support

+ Associates degree in a related field (preferred)

+ Hands-on experience with cable termination and testing

+ Familiarity with standard infrastructure tools and procedures

+ Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under supervision
