Job Description

The Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget constraints. This position requires collaboration with Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to uphold project standards and deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Contractors to complete projects.
• Manage project costs, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Ensure all project standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct occasional visits to job sites to attend meetings with contractors, owners, and other engineers.

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience with General Contractor work
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Work Environment

The work environment includes both on-site office settings and job sites. Projects are centered around the Cincinnati, OH metropolitan area, Columbus Metro area, and Louisville Metro area. The organization provides significant opportunities for growth, with plans to expand from 18 employees to 30 within the next five years.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $43.27/hr.
