Experienced Carpenter Wanted

The Position:
Craftsman Built Homes and Remodels is seeking to hire one full-time journeyman carpenter who takes pride in their work, focuses on quality, and is motivated to work year-round. We offer competitive pay and a team-based working environment located in the Rocky Mountains.

Job Requirements:
Minimum three years of carpentry experience.
Experience on a professional construction crew.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.
Drug-free workplace.
Able to pass background screening.
Responsibilities:
Competency in a full range of rough and finished carpentry skills, including:
Ability to read blueprints.
Structural framing of floor, wall, and simple roof systems.
Familiar with both truss and stick framed roof systems.
Set windows and hang doors.
Hang cabinets.
Install baseboard and casing accurately and efficiently.
Understanding of traditional and modern carpentry techniques.
Maintain strong attention to detail and motivation throughout the day.
Ability to keep a sharp edge on all personal hand tools.
