HVAC Technician - SIGN ON BONUS

$3,000 - $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS
We are looking for immediate full-time Mechanical, Commercial Boiler and HVAC technicians who are confident, and possess the skills necessary to run commercial and residential calls on a daily basis. We offer flexible scheduling, and the highest commissions in the city. Servicing areas include the Denver Metro Area, south to Colorado Springs, and north to Ft. Collins. We are looking for technicians in all areas!

Compensation:
Commission Based.
Competitive Percentage based on experience.
Average Pay Range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year.
Hourly Paid Training (Training 1-3 weeks based on experience).
Steady work year-round for all trades and positions.

Schedule: 5 Days on/2 Days off
On Call Shifts are Two working days of your normal work week.

HVAC Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Knowledge of HVAC code.
Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems.
3+ years experience in HVAC Preferred, minimum of 1 year.
Must be certified HVAC tech.
Perform routine maintenance on customer equipment.
Diagnose and repair issues due to system performance or failure.
Ability to inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC Equipment (Refrigeration and air conditioning, compressors, boilers, hydronic systems, condensers, evaporators, chillers, cooling towers, air handlers and ancillary equipment).
Knowledgeable and capable of making sound recommendations to Master Rooter clients.

Requirements:
Valid Drivers License.
Mechanical License Preferred, but not required.
