Experienced painter

Looking for someone to replace me so I can grow my crew/company. Need someone who got a few years of experience. No insurance required to start. Company will pay for your insurance if you are hired full time as a 1099. Can start at $32/hr with a raise each month until $35. $40/hr after 1 year. If you show plenty of skill, you can start at 35 . We do mostly commercial with occasional residential.
