Mercer Builders is looking for a dependable, hardworking **Construction Laborer** to join our crew. We build some of the regions most detailed and well-crafted custom homes. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking to grow within the construction trades.

What You'll Do:

* Support carpenters and subcontractors with day-to-day tasks
* Load/unload materials, maintain job site cleanliness and organization
* Perform basic demo, prep work, and assist in framing and finish tasks
* Uphold job site safety, quality, and professionalism
* Follow direction and work as part of a cohesive, skilled team

What Were Looking For:

* Strong work ethic, punctual, and willingness to learn
* Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
* Construction/labor experience preferred but not required
* Must have reliable transportation to local job sites
*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
