Compensation: $30$40/hr DOE
Employment Type: Full-Time

Koviak Construction specializes in high-end residential and commercial work. Were looking for a Finish Carpenter who takes pride in precision and delivers top-notch resultsinside and out.

Responsibilities
Install exterior cedar siding, trim, soffits and architectural wood details
Perform interior pre-finish millwork: moldings, door casings, custom cabinetry & casework
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications
Touch up finishes, fine-sand, and ensure seamless transitions between materials
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safefollow company and OSHA standards
Collaborate with carpentry crews, project managers, and clients to meet deadlines

Qualifications
3+ years of finish-carpentry experience (residential & commercial preferred)
Proficient with finish-carpentry tools: routers, shapers, moulders, and finish nailers
Able to lift/move up to 60 lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Spanish-English bilingual is a plusbut not required
