Shopping Center Handyman/Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our Retail Shopping Centers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities as the dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for five Retail Shopping Centers.

Duties:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of all equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Oversee routine maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and janitorial services.
Report all power outages, fire alarm calls, flooding and parking lot issues.
Inspect each property for trip and fall hazards, broken benches, missing signs, fading curbs and uneven sidewalks. When applicable make necessary repairs.
Report graffiti, peeling paint, litter, debris dumped, flood channels and abandoned vehicles. When applicable make necessary repairs.
Resolve issues relating to common areas with contractors, management and customers.
Resolve electrical and plumbing issues in the common area. Report problems to Management for service calls.

*Note the above individual is on call 24/7 for emergency purposes at the property
