At VCI Construction as a Billing Supervisor, you’ll partner with the department manager to supervise and coordinate activities in the department and will be responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures. You'll enhance the operational procedures and business processes to identify continued process improvement and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies and applicable laws.

What you’ll do as a Billing Supervisor

• In partnership with the department manager, you’ll develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
• Maintain staff by interviewing, selection, and hiring
• Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s systems and processes
• Train new and existing employees
• Accomplish department objectives by planning, assigning, and directing work
• Provide supervision and technical assistance to team members to attain departmental and organizational goals
• Coach, counsel, and address employee performance and corrective action plans on a timely basis
• Author and discuss with employee’s performance appraisals
• Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purposes
• Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment

Salary Range $25.00 - $32.00 per hour (D.O.E)
