We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of maintenance and repair skills, enabling them to handle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The Handy Man will work independently and collaboratively to address the needs of our clients, providing
high-quality service and support.

Duties
Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties.
Handle plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing fixtures.
Conduct electrical work including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
Execute carpentry tasks like repairing doors, windows, and cabinetry.
Paint walls and touch up surfaces as needed to maintain aesthetic appeal.
Assemble furniture and equipment according to specifications.
Respond promptly to service requests from clients and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Driving Licence required
Should be available on call
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself.

Skills
Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy objects when required.
