Position Summary:
The Senior Project Engineer will collaborate with partners, vendors, contractors, and team members to support biomanufacturing projects throughout their lifecycle. The role focuses on delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships, and enhancing technical knowledge, all while aligning with PF's Patient Focused mission and core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Delivery: Coordinate with departments such as Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to support equipment lifecycle management, author technical documents, develop biomanufacturing programs, and execute validation protocols.
Technical Skill Development: Enhance capabilities in Project Management, Cell and Gene Therapy, Capital Projects, Facility Builds, Tech Transfers, Validation Lifecycle, Commissioning and Qualification, Quality, Regulatory, Compliance, Engineering Automation, Serialization, Reliability, Maintenance, and Asset Management.
Project Support:
Meet project timelines and communicate status proactively.
Build meaningful relationships with partners.
Support site dashboards and proposal development.
Contribute to a patient-focused culture.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field, or comparable military experience.
1-4 years of consulting or project engineering experience.
Other Requirements:
Full COVID-19 vaccination required, with accommodations for medical/religious reasons.
Willingness to travel or relocate.
Preferred Skills:
Strong soft skills, excellent communication, effective time management, integrity, teamwork, professionalism, and strategic thinking.
