HVAC Tech Needed to Troubleshoot Split Type Air Conditioner

We are looking for someone to troubleshoot and fix this Split Type Air Conditioner we have. So every time we turn on the breaker for this specific AC, the breaker trips. We had our electrician come look at the electrical wiring all the way to the AC and everything was fine on that end. So we suspect that it is something going on with the actually AC itself that is causing it to trip the breaker every time we turn it on.
