Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor

A prestigious, privately held luxury commercial real estate investment firm is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of premier properties in West Hollywood and Santa Monica, with occasional support needed in Malibu.

This rare opportunity has opened as the long-standing incumbentplaced by our firm over a decade agoprepares for retirement. We are seeking a strong, hands-on leader to continue the legacy of excellence and provide top-tier support to tenants and property management.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple high-end commercial properties.

Coordinate and prioritize work orders, preventative maintenance, and repair tasks.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality control on all contracted services.

Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests and emergencies.

Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and safely.

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Support capital improvement projects and renovations as required.

Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a high-end environment.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required for travel between sites).
