Heavy Equipment Operator / Commercial Delivery Driver

We are a grading and excavation contracting company based in southern San Luis Obispo County seeking a heavy equipment operator to join our team.

We are looking for someone with a solid work ethic, a willingness to learn new skills, the ability to work well in a team environment, a valid Commercial Drivers License, and experience working with heavy equipment.

Job duties include trenching, backfilling, site clean-up, and working with wide a range of tools and materials.
Prior experience with heavy equipment, power tools, farm equipment etc. is desirable.

Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Requirements:
-Operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, loaders, and excavators.
-Valid CDL with clean record
-Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
-Attention to detail and safety
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Reliable transportation to and from job sites
-Willingness to work in various weather conditions
-Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment.
-Maintaining accurate delivery and equipment logs
