WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze landscape construction plans and create detailed quantity takeoffs
- Develop accurate material lists and labor estimates for residential projects
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess project scope
- Work with our team to create proposals and build estimate templates
- Help establish production rates using real project data
- Master our estimating software and embrace new AI tools

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Construction background REQUIRED (landscape construction strongly preferred)
- Solid understanding of general building and construction principles
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and project data
- Proficient with spreadsheets and data analysis
- Quick learner with software platforms
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Mid-career experience welcome - cultural fit is our priority
