**PROJECT MANAGER**
**\$80,000 - \$92,000 w/ an Excellent Benefits Package**
The Town of Colchester is seeking a highly-organized Project Manager,
with exceptional written and oral communication skills. Performs all
phases of project management, including design, permitting, right-of-way
acquisition, bidding and construction management. Projects include
wastewater, stormwater, vehicles, public buildings, streets and
bike/pedestrian paths.
Prepares bid documents, technical specifications and construction
documents for public improvement projects. Manages engineering and
design phases of projects, ensures integration of all project goals and
objectives, and adherence to specifications and standards. Identifies
and obtains all necessary permits, and confirms easement and
right-of-way requirements are met. Conducts regular job meetings,
coordinates management efforts with inspection services, and manages
overall project schedule to ensure completion in accordance with
contractual requirements.
[]{#_GoBack}Bachelors degree and four years of construction and project
management experience or a combination of training, education and
experience that demonstrates the required knowledge skills and
abilities. Excellent technical skills, including MS Office Suite, GIS
and other specialized software. Valid drivers license required.
