Day In the Life as a Residential Sales Representative:
- Start each day with an engaging team meeting.
- Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
- Encouraged to develop and maintain your own book of business, with opportunities to earn higher pay premiums.
- Conduct demos and presentations of our residential roofing solutions.
- Inspect shingle layers and damage via ladder or attic.
- Use advanced software for precise roof measurements.
- Determine competitive pricing and close contracts, ensuring homeowner satisfaction.

Requirements to be a Residential Sales Representative:
- Valid Drivers License, Reliable Transportation, and Auto Insurance Required
- Comfortable covering an average 75-mile radius from the office (varies by location)
- Available for appointments during midday, evenings, and weekends
