TIG Welder**
We are actively looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Welder to join our fabrication team!
In this role, youll work with a variety of welding materials to TIG weld, build, and assemble metal components from blueprints. Youll be part of a clean, well-organized shop that values safety, precision, and teamwork. This opportunity is a first shift schedule and pay ranges will depend on experience. Direct experience will command higher pay rates than our typical $25-$30/hr range.

**Responsibilities**
+ Read and follow fabrication drawings, welding instructions, and blueprints
+ Layout and fitting of components
+ TIG and Flux Core welding of stainless and carbon steel
+ Finish and grind surfaces to specifications as needed
+ Learn to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with TIG welding (stainless and carbon steel)
+ Ability to read blueprints and set up weld machines
+ Familiarity with MIG and Flux Core processes
