the foreperson, grading equipment operators will be responsible for
operating several types of road construction equipment in a safe and
efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to
front-end loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, rollers, and other pieces
of excavating equipment. On the job training will provide the knowledge
and skills to become a productive member of one of our crews with the
potential for advancement opportunities. This position is a full-time
seasonal, working April/May through November (weather permitting). This
position requires working overtime and some Saturdays. Local and
regional travel opportunities are available. SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE We
prioritize the safety and wellness of our road construction processes by
following the Company\'s safety programs and policies, thus mitigating
risk and improving overall productivity of the projects with safety at
the forefront. BENEFITS Benefit package is offered through the Union.

Requirements \* One or more years in operating road or excavating
construction equipment is required and/or a technical school degree in
Heavy Equipment Operation, primarily: \* Front-end loader \* Bulldozer
\* Motor grader \* Ability to understand grades from plans, slopes and
identify potential conflicts \* Must be at least 18 years old \* Valid
driver\'s license and reliable transportation \* Ability to obtain
Commercial Driver\'s License (CDL), if required \* Physical ability to
work in all seasonal weather and environmental conditions \* Ability to
listen and take direction from others while being a team player and
