The Real Estate Planning Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of facility-related projects. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet organizational needs and standards.
Essential Job Statements
Develop and maintain detailed project plans that include project milestones, timelines, resources, and key deliverables
Define project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure appropriate allocation of resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, finances).
Maintain consistent and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, project team members, and senior management.
Provide regular progress updates, reports, and performance analysis
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and aligned with financial goals
Participate on cross-functional project teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring tasks are completed on time
Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained, including contracts, change orders, and project status reports
Demonstrate safety protocols for staff and vendors during projects
Perform any other assigned duties
Ensure responsibility and visible commitment of diversity equity and inclusion programs/initiatives through collaboration and implementation of initiatives across the health

Employment Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Preferred Education: A Master's degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Licensing/ Certification
Licensure/Certification Required: N/A
Licensure/Certification Preferred: PMP certification, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Minimum Qualifications
Years and Type of Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in facility management, construction, or project management. Preferred 5 years of experience in facility management, construction or project management.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Proficiency in standard Microsoft desktop software including MS Projects, AutoCAD or Revit, e-Builder. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
