What You'll Do:

To help us drive excellence, you will:

• Ensure plant safety procedures are known and followed

• Report and document any incidents/accidents before the end of the shift

• Operate, monitor, and help maintain machines and equipment (presses, welders, cranes, forklifts, etc.)

• Feed equipment and tooling

• Perform or assist with changing and setting dies, transfer systems, and shuttles/conveyors

• Obtain first-piece sample approval, making appropriate die and machine adjustments

• Ensure the last-piece and die history processes are followed

• Troubleshoot die-related issues and make necessary adjustments

• Troubleshoot, adjust, and assist with repairs related to transfers, shuttles, and conveyors

This is an hourly role within our Press Department, reporting to the Press Supervisor.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Sets a positive example in the workplace

• Willing to perform additional responsibilities as needed

• Flexible and adaptable to change

• No active disciplinary actions on file and demonstrates excellent work ethic

• Excellent attendance record (4 points or fewer)

• Willing and able to work overtime as requested

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team to resolve issues
