Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement project-specific quality plans and procedures
- Coordinate and perform inspections, audits, and testing
- Work closely with superintendents and subcontractors to resolve quality issues
- Document and track non-conformances, corrective actions, and quality trends
- Ensure compliance with DOT, client, and company standards
- Lead quality meetings and provide training for project teams
- Support preconstruction planning and design reviews
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in role is required
- American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) preferred
- Utah Professional Engineer license required
- Familiarity with DOT requirements and construction specifics
