MAJOR FUNCTION:
Responsible for driving increased market penetration and profitable revenue growth for the Industrial Division.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and execute targeted account sales strategy aligned to Division objectives and capabilities to enable profitable revenue growth.
Prospect and build relationships with the decision makers at target accounts aimed at the Product Management, Engineering and Sourcing.
Evaluate client needs and develop tailored proposals and presentations.
Coordinates and partners with CFC Engineering to drive technical sales and solutions.
Coordinate cost estimating following established processes, collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure alignment of value proposition, costing and pricing strategy.
Manage and report pipeline activity through Sugar (CRM).
Keep VP of Sales informed of market conditions such as pricing, competitor activities, and technology trends and change.
May be assigned other tasks as required.
Travel for in personal relationship building 50%.
Contacts within industrial segment (ex. Appliances, construction, furniture, power tools etc.) highly desired.
Experience with NVH reduction, sealing, gaskets, and filtration highly desired.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or any related field and ten years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
