POSITION OVERVIEW

Evernest is looking for a talented Strategic Sales Executive to join our team of A-Players. We need your help as we continue our journey to 250,000 units under management. This role is responsible for growing the Evernest footprint in the local market by actively engaging with owners and investors of single-family and multi-family properties/portfolios. While we'll provide you with a base of warm inbound leads, your main focus will be building a strong referral network to generate new business for Evernest.

This is a consultative sales role - perfect for someone who thrives on adding value, closing deals, building referral networks, and owning their success.

Your Mission (What Winning Looks Like)

  • Close >30% of all active, qualified leads
  • Add 300+ new doors under management annually
  • Conduct 3-5 meetings per week with local real estate professionals
  • Generate 5-7 new qualified leads into your pipeline weekly
  • Represent the Evernest brand in your territory with excellence
  • Embrace and live out all five of Evernest's core values daily

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of sales experience (Required)
  • Proven outside sales chops-you know how to hunt, network, and close
  • Real Estate License (Required; must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Valid driver's license (Required)
