What you'll do: Manage and coordinate the bid process, including publishing quotes for public and private projects and providing timely, comprehensive quotes to sales representatives Assist clients with pricing, product selections, and project-related inquiries Coordinate project details with subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff Gather and compile project information into the company database Oversee project management, updates, and completion Generate and share potential leads with sales representatives while building strong relationships with them What you'll bring: Proficiency in Excel with the ability to learn new software quickly Willingness to become proficient in Logic Track, Dodge, Contractor Plan Center, Mincron, and Salesforce for effective project bidding and follow-ups Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently with minimal supervision High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Experience meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment More about QXO: The building products distribution market is a nearly $800 billion global opportunity, with a highly fragmented landscape and significant room for innovation.
