We are seeking a Senior Site Installation Project Manager to plan and oversee turn-key service projects from beginning to end. This position will be based remotely.

You will be leading our on-site team, working directly with the customer/customer representatives, our internal commissioning team, warranty case managers, service PMs and solutions PMs. The Senior Site Installation Project Manager should have previous experience in managing projects and be knowledgeable of electrical equipment and its installation. The ideal applicant will be highly organized, with the ability to plan and multi-task to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget. If this sounds like you, get in touch with us.

  • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle from contract award through completion, including client and internal meetings, site presence, and adherence to project scope.
  • Develop, execute, and supervise commissioning plans, ensuring alignment with project guidelines, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction personnel and subcontractors, managing on-site operations, headcount, and daily productivity to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, trades, and site personnel to address concerns, negotiate schedules, and ensure responsive issue resolution.
  • Review project scope to identify out-of-scope work, generate estimates, and support change order and claims management processes.
  • Monitor compliance with construction standards and techniques, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
  • Evaluate project performance through regular site inspections, risk mitigation strategies, and timely daily/weekly reporting.
  • Plan proactively to prevent issues, resolve emerging problems, and keep project deliverables on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring updates are shared across relevant teams and project levels.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with site supervisors and management, supporting employee development, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution in line with company policies.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills with all project stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma with equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of Site Management or Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams, including sub-contractors, field services, engineering, operations, and logistics
  • Ability to interpret and report results to senior management as well as customer
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA without the need of company sponosrship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
  • A commitment to develop, drive, and manage projects in a highly competitive environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to present complex issues to multi-level audiences and effectively communicate progress, status, and issues to internal and external Customers

  • The pay range for this position is $107,520 - $184,320. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
