Location: Collegeville, PA

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (flexible start time available).

Work from home on Mondays and Fridays during the summer.

Duration: 9 Contract to Hire

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to support a construction company specializing in metal framing, painting, installation, and drywall for both public sector and government projects. We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team and support our operations.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project schedules and budgets in collaboration with the board.

Conduct weekly onsite visits to ensure project progress and compliance.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are on budget and on schedule.

Monitor work in place and collaborate with the VP of Field Operations regarding tool management.

Assess and estimate change orders as needed.

Create and maintain onsite schedules.

Provide regular updates to the President of Construction.

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.

Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Must be a designated person for the role.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Compensation: $37-45/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
