Machine Operator 18-20/hr**

**Job Description**

We are seeking skilled machine operators for our 2nd shift team, responsible for the operation and basic setup/maintenance of production machinery. This role involves observing machine operations, detecting defects, and ensuring product specifications are met. Candidates will also maintain a clean work environment and perform routine machinery cleaning.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and perform basic setup and maintenance of production machinery.

+ Observe machine operations and detect work piece defects using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

+ Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications.

+ Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

**Essential Skills**

+ Machine operation experience in manufacturing (1+ year).

+ Quality inspection experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges (1+ year).

+ Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting in an industrial facility.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
