Painter Job Description Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations to established standards. The process is easily repeatable, requiring minimal troubleshooting and adjustment to complete assigned tasks. Responsibilities Execute hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting tasks according to established standards. Adhere to pre-established guidelines, procedures, plans, and priorities set by the supervisor. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in paint processes. Maintain paint equipment to ensure it is in good operating condition. Train in the paint booth to acquire skills in powder coat painting. Essential Skills 6+ months of industrial painting experience. Familiarity with painting, paint preparation, spray painting, and powder coat painting. Experience with commercial or residential painting, production, paint booth, and spray gun usage. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently. Capability to bend, twist, or turn repeatedly throughout the shift. Possess a good work history, even if not in manufacturing. Effective communication and good memorization skills. Why Work Here?
