What Youll Do- Be the right hand to our Project Managers on commercial interior projects in NYC.
- Own the details: RFIs, submittals, change ordersyoull keep it all running smoothly.
- Dive intoProcoreto manage project workflows and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints like a pro.
- Collaborate with teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Occasionally visit job sites to see your work come to life.
- 35 years of experience in construction project management.
- Must have experience working with General Contractors
- Proficiency in Procore software.
- Strong blueprint reading and documentation skills.
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Experience inretail or healthcare construction.
- Familiarity with Sage construction software.
- A consistent, reliable work history.
