• Be the right hand to our Project Managers on commercial interior projects in NYC.
• Own the details: RFIs, submittals, change ordersyoull keep it all running smoothly.
• Dive intoProcoreto manage project workflows and documentation.
• Read and interpret blueprints like a pro.
• Collaborate with teams to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Occasionally visit job sites to see your work come to life.

• 35 years of experience in construction project management.
• Must have experience working with General Contractors
• Proficiency in Procore software.
• Strong blueprint reading and documentation skills.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Experience inretail or healthcare construction.
• Familiarity with Sage construction software.
• A consistent, reliable work history.

• In-office role in Midtown Manhattan (MondayFriday, 8 AM5 PM).
• 90% office-based with flexibility to visit job sites as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.67/hr.
