KOMAN Holdings, LLC** is currently seeking an experienced **Project Controls Manager** to lead the project scheduling organization and provide support to project teams from a REMOTE setting. **Why join us?** + Competitive Salary: $106k-$132k + 401k with 4% Company Match + Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits + Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP) + Short- and long-term disability + Health care and dependent care spending accounts + Paid Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays + Life insurance and more **REQUIREMENTS:** + Be a Functional Leader within the Construction Sector PMO and report to the PMO Director. + Develop and maintain project controls processes and procedures for the functional organization. + Manage project-level schedulers to ensure project schedules are accurate, updated weekly and maintained at a high quality standard throughout the life of the project. + Have extensive knowledge of the development of Oracle P6 Scheduling Software, including the generation of cost- and resource-loaded schedules and be able to identify Critical Paths and Milestones. + Manage project cost and schedule through Earned Value Management System (EVMS). + Have experience with Change Management and how it should be identified within a project schedule. Ensure that project schedulers include and update schedules for change management that include increases to scheduled tasks and project end dates. + Be responsible for collaborating with the project team during the estimating process to assist in coordinating engineering and construction activities in conjunction with overall project schedule requirements. + Develop initial project schedules during the RFP phase in collaboration with the project team leadership to ensure the construction schedule is realistic and achievable. + Perform weekly reviews with project schedulers to ensure schedules are being maintained and updated in accordance with project performance and production factors. Work with direct reports to identify potential schedule delays and develop mitigation strategies. + Identify and assess project risk, identified during the RFP phase and ensure such risk is built into the project schedule in accordance with contractual documents. + Provide guidance and support to project managers and other team members on project controls best practices. **REQUIREMENTS:** + 10+ years of Project Controls experience with at least 3+ years in a management/leadership position + BS, MS, or other advanced degree or relevant experience or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability + Extensive knowledge of Project Schedule development using Oracle P6 and Microsoft Project is required. + Experience generating resource and cost-loaded schedules is required. + Cost- and resource-loading expertise + Earned Value Management + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Excellent document, plan and procedure preparation skills _KOMAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories._ _As a Federal Contract Employer, KOMAN Families of Companies follows Federal Laws as it pertains to drug testing.
