Construction Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Construction Analyst to join our client's team in Kansas City, MO. The Construction Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing daily interactions with subcontractors, overseeing service work requests, work orders, scheduling, and data collection. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily interactions with subcontractors.

Manage and coordinate service work requests and work orders (10-15 orders per day).

Schedule and oversee project timelines.

Collect and analyze data related to quality of work, timeliness of service, and any issues encountered during service completion.

Input all relevant information into the work management system.

Generate and maintain lists of tasks to be completed the following day.

Experience in construction project coordination

Proficient in MS Office Suite

Strong communication and multitasking abilities Experience working in work management programs

Ex. MAXIMO, MWM (the mobile addition for MAXIMO)

Experience with vendor management/coordination

Construction experience

Experience with analytics null
